GHEDS is a Charitable Trust registered in Kelamangalam, Tamil Nadu (Regd No 18 of 2013).

GHEDS Trust was recognized as Public charitable Trust by Government of Tamil Nadu and obtained Tax exemptions under section 12 AA in August 2016. We also got approval under section 80G (URNo.AACTG0205D/05/16-17/T-0977/80G) of Income Tax Act 1961 on 28th June 2017 from the commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Chennai.

GHEDS has empowered thousands of women (and their families) since 2013 in the rural villages of Denkanikottai taluk, Tamil Nadu irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. GHEDS wishes to expand its services and make positive changes in the lives of many more.
